Talk about this being totally different from what I planned
I printed off the pages with the view to make a cracker & a matching box to be given as an
anniversary gift – the brief being CELEBRATIONS
Well I had just finished a workshop the day before on how to make this star card.
The idea first seen by `Playwithpaper` on Joanna`s craft forum
I wrote & asked Sue if it was ok for me to use the idea and I just loved the new fold so I changed my mind
& went for this anniversary card instead.

In our family with just adore plants and often give them as gifts as the evoke so many memories of different people.
One of mine & my husbands favourite plants is the `Love in a mist ` – so I was thrilled to see it as a backing paper on the New
Jane Shasky – from the heart of the garden cd rom

The idea behind the card is to have room to add a little gift
in the middle space – it was ideal for some seeds , so I made a little packet for hubby to grow

Although it`s a bit girly with the trim it also fits the bill as it`s for an anniversary card
& blue is his favourite colour
So here is the finish card
This style card means there are lots of space to add the backing papers too
& shows the packet of seeds with the message behind the seeds
The centre panel is using the `love in a mist` image – some peeled paint distress ink has been used to
cover the white edge left on the topper
The card folds up so nicely to create a lovely different card shape with the gift inside
Little embellishments have been used from the cd to add detail and make the
project very personal too

No it wasn`t my design – `Playingwithpaper` posted a card on the JS forum and I asked if she minded me using the idea – so I did the workshop and just had to play using the Jane cd as I adore it – so she deserves all the credit – I just thought it needed to be shared as it`s a wonderful style
