Waterfall Card Using Butterflies From Jayne Netley Mayhew CD

Today`s card is the one I should have finished last night but couldn`t so during the day I have managed it – I needed a card for a friend ( Erin`s Godmother ) & wanted something special but didn`t have much time

Lucky for me i had the waterfall part in a box which I had done for a workshop and never finished it off – so I did just that and added elements to it too

It`s a simple design using the colours from the image , blues and rust to pick out in the base card and embellishments – I just love this image from the Jayne Netley Mayhew cd and wanted to keep it plain

The insert is 2 sheets of A4 backing paper

Which the first one has been trimmed to the center fold and then a tab of 1cm placed onto the bottom of the card and then the second sheet match ed straight away and was placed at the fold to cover the tab – a plain piece of card was added with the Birthday wish on and all the corners rounded

And as asked many times how to add an envelope – this is how I send mine – stamped tissue paper ( the butterfly is from the Christmas fairy set and is stamped in black staz-on , an organza ribbon and paper flowers have been added to finish the package up
