Triple Embossed – Wine Stamp Card

Today`s Sample is using the Wine stamps – cheers ,  this time for a more masculine feel  I went for a tile effect and with the black tapestry card too – although the card has a rose pattern it looks like the vine leaves a bit so I thought it would blend well – and the ribbon has been knotted rather than ties into a bow

To make the tile I stamped the grape image onto a mottled cream paper and then coloured in the areas using Lyra Aquacolours and then with a brilliance ink pad roughly edged the paper – this was then added to a thick card and triple embossed using clear granules – because of the type of paper I used it became patchy as I worked the piece – but I thought i`d have to do it again – but I rather liked the effect so keep and used it

The sentiment I then cut the long strip into three and used it as a square – but can always row it back together again – this is all finished onto a white base card

Thanks for sharing in today`s card

  1. I love both of these cards, especially the dragon fly one and my favourite colour too -lilac – what a lovely design.
