La Pashe `Remember When` – meets Messy Rabbits !!!!

Well today`s workshop is using La Pashe – Remember When Series 1 decoupage sheets

Designer by Jak Heath and artist by Jim Harker

And also the Messy Rabbits stamps – Footballers Extra`s

This is a large A4 card great for Retirement cards or just a card to stand out !!!

1. Take your 2 La Pashe Decoupage sheets

2. Cut out all the pieces – I find decoupage snips the best

3. Take 2 sheets of A4 card – Score 2cm`s in on the top sheet only and then punch 2 holes through the 2 sheets either side of the middle of the card – I have used a Japanese Screw Punch for this

4. Then I have cut my base for the decoupage to sit in a light fawn colour card and then cut a slightly bigger mount from gold mirri card – don`t mount it at this stage

5. Take your corner flag and then the football stamp and using Versafine Sepia ink pad– stamp around the edges – making sure you go off the edge to give a natural feel – then mount it onto the mirri card

6. Take the large piece of the Decoupage sheet – the top piece with the Stadium and heads on and attach that to a piece of matching brown card – lay the bottom piece on to ensure the correct length – but don`t attach it just

7. Now add it to the bottom of the design using double sided tape or silicone glue – this just gives extra dimension

8. Now assemble the man , the boy and the cat and dog – I have curved the pieces to give a nice feel to the images

9. Now place them onto the design – I have put them where the instructions have said too – once this is all dry I have mounted the decoupaged image onto the stamped piece using foam tape and then again the stamped piece onto the A4 card –  then I have mounted the Remember When piece onto a piece of brown card leaving an extra piece at the end to add the 2 spare newspaper pieces  – then secure the A4 sheets with 2 brads

That is your completed card – thanks for sharing in this today

and to Jak & Jim for the stunning images that are produced
