Set of Draws Workshop using Flora Doodles - part 2

Today`s workshop is Part 2 in making

a set of drawers using the boxes from the Flora Doodles boxes

Following on from yesterday`s part 1

So were were up to step 7 of the workshop – time to decorate the set of drawers

8. Take your box outer sheet you have just made – I have matt and layed with Gold mirri card and the matching backing paper for the Rose image on the top of the box – the image is from the Floral Fantasy Cd

The 2 side back flaps don`t need to be covered as they won`t be seen – it`s best to use the same colour card as the bottom box as the is no base to this cover – I just used an A3 sheet of pink stardream card as it matches perfectly – it`s available from Craft Creations ( sorry about the photo this was done late at night !!!)

9. Turn your stuck down chest of drawers over so you stick the top of the box onto the middle section of you cover – I have used double sided tape and glue again – then do the same one of the sides

10. Now complete and do the other side – with this I turn it back the right way

11. Tuck and stick down the 2 flaps – one over the top of the other then close the remanding flap down with tape and glue

Now you have your box covered decorate your box – I have used the matching rose and decoupage the flower up – this makes a neat little box – great for storing things like your pre cut up decoupage pieces so they don`t get lost – of even you Flora doodles themselves as they are hard to part with
